We are going to grab our balls and do some Pilates:) This is a workout with a small PIlates ball that takes the Pilates mat work up a level. Spicing up the work by intensifying core work while keeping the back muscles switched off. The Pilates ball offers support, helps form and kicks your #@& , all at the same time.
