Functional CrossFit - Great Wolf

This functional fitness CrossFit class will include a general warm-up, movement instruction, workout demonstration, and a specific warm-up. The workout will contain functional movements such as squatting, pressing and pulling, and functional movements mean they are movement patterns performed in day-to-day life. All levels are welcome, and coaches will be on hand to supervise.
